Steve Wright is the host of Let's Talk. Steve has had a diverse career, starting out sacking groceries when he
was 15. Graduating from Marion High School, he was hired by Indiana
Michigan Power as a storeroom clerk at 17, then became a lineman six
months later. His next assignment at I&M was a Customer Service Rep,
then on to a Marketing Rep, where he was promoted to Dealer Rep
working with local HVAC contractors and builders. Steve left I&M after 20
years to pursue his dream of owning his own business, a video production
company along with an ad agency. Six years later, General Motors offered
him a position at the Marion Plant as Communications Coordinator. While
there, he completed his Associates, Bachelors, and Masters degrees. In
2013, Steve was ready for a new adventure and posted for a District
Manager position with GM. The next 6 years, he traveled coast to coast,
from Spokane, WA to Toledo, OH and his last stop was in Hartford, CT.
Steve retired from GM in 2019 and moved back to his hometown, Marion
Indiana. In March of 2020, he was approached to help fill an Interim
Executive Directors position at the Grant County YMCA and completed that
assignment in February of 2021. Steve once again got back into the video
business, transferring old formats of video tape to digital. In June of 2022,
he was elected to serve out a term as Grant County Commissioner District
1.
Steve earned his Master’s degree in Management and Communications
from Indiana Wesleyan University. He has been married for 50 years to his
wife Cindy, has two adult children, 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.

Andy McCord is no stranger to the radio business. He grew up around the industry with his Grandfather, who was the engineer for 54 years in Marion. Andy started his career in 1995 and has served as several different positions. On-air, sales, production and now an owner of 6 radio stations. Gospel Praise Radio, Radio 80s, Action Sports Network, The Boot, Holly Jolly Radio, and Radio Classics.

Bryan Michaels was born in Ohio, let’s just say long enough ago that he lived through every year of the 80s, and then some. Bryan’s love of music and radio came from growing up listening to Casey Kasem and recording his favorite songs off of the radio on cassette each week. Many years later, after graduating from Ball State and working radio overnight on weekends in Indianapolis, he started a full-time career in radio in Peru, IN, then stints in Kokomo and Wabash soon followed. Much like his love of community theater, he just can’t stay away from being on the air. He currently lives with his wife, Vanessa Miller in Greentown, Indiana with their son Jakob and 2 dogs Harry and Norman.
